Shipping Policy
Your boxes are shipped 90 days apart from the day you purchased the first box.

Please report missing shipments within 30 days of the expected delivery date. After that period, carriers no longer retain sufficient tracking information, and we may be unable to investigate or replace orders.
Return Policy
Please note that a 15% restocking fee will apply to each return. We only cover return shipping costs if the fault is on our end, such as damaged books, incorrect books sent, or wrong boxes.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you refuse the package and it is returned to us by the shipping provider, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs to you and the return shipping costs back to us.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The original shipping costs to you are also non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation Policy
Pay-As-You-Go Subscriptions:
You’ll be billed every 90 days, just before each box ships. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date. Once billed, your box will be processed and shipped as scheduled. Cancellations apply to future shipments only.
Prepaid Subscriptions (4 or 6 boxes):
Prepaid plans are non-refundable and cannot be canceled mid-subscription. Your subscription will automatically end once all prepaid boxes have been delivered.
